1. What makes a CASEPRIDE phone case different?
We are an art platform, not just a phone case store. Every design is an original piece of art created by a member of our global collective of queer artists. We use a state-of-the-art In-Mould Decoration (IMD) printing process, which embeds the artwork within the case material itself. This means our designs will never fade, scratch, or peel, making your case a true, lasting art object.
2. What kind of protection do your cases offer?
Our standard case is a Dual-Layer case, engineered for both beauty and defense. It features:

This combination provides robust protection against everyday drops, bumps, and scratches, while a raised bezel protects your screen and camera.
3. What is the finish of the case like?
All our cases feature a sophisticated Matte Finish. This non-reflective surface feels great in the hand, resists fingerprints, and gives the artwork a subtle, elegant, gallery-quality look.
4. How do you support the artists?
This is at the core of our mission. A significant portion of every purchase goes directly to the artist who created the design (in the case of real artist collaborations). Ordering
1. How do I make sure I'm ordering for the correct phone model?
This is very important! Since every case is printed on-demand, we are unable to accept returns for ordering the wrong size. We highly encourage you to double-check your phone's model before placing your order. You can usually find this in your phone's "Settings" > "About" section.
2. Can I change or cancel my order?
Because each case is custom printed just for you, we begin the production process very quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us at support@casepride.com within 2 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes after this window.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Shipping & Tracking
1. Where does my order ship from?
Our brand operates on a global creative and production model. The art is created by our collective of artists from around the world, the premium phone case blanks are produced in South Korea, the high-fidelity IMD printing is done in China, and your final, beautiful art object ships directly to you from our fulfillment center in China.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Our process involves multiple stages of high-quality production, so your patience is greatly appreciated!

3. How much does shipping cost?
We are proud to offer complimentary standard shipping to most regions worldwide. We believe art should be accessible without hidden fees.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on our Track Your Order page at any time to see its progress.
Returns & Guarantee
1. What is your 6-Month Quality Guarantee?
We stand behind our craftsmanship. CASEPRIDE offers a 6-Month Quality Guarantee on all phone cases. This covers any manufacturing defects in the print or construction of your case within six months of the purchase date (e.g., peeling/fading artwork, structural defects not caused by a drop). Normal wear and tear is not covered.
2. What is your return policy?

For Quality Issues: If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact our support team within 14 days of receiving it. We will be happy to arrange for a free replacement or a full refund under our Quality Guarantee.

For Other Reasons: Since each case is custom printed on-demand specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size or a change of mind. Please double-check your phone model before purchasing.
3. How do I start a guarantee claim?
If you believe your case is eligible under our guarantee, please email our support team at support@casepride.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We are committed to making it right.
