1. Shipping & Delivery
We ship our curated designs to art lovers all around the world. Here’s how we do it.
Processing Time:
To ensure the highest quality, every case is printed on-demand just for you. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be produced and prepared for shipment from our facility in China.
Delivery Times & Costs:
We are proud to offer complimentary standard shipping to most regions worldwide.

Order Tracking:

2. 6-Month Quality Guarantee
We stand behind our craftsmanship.
CASEPRIDE offers a 6-Month Quality Guarantee on all our phone cases. This guarantee covers any manufacturing defects in the print or construction of your case within six months of the purchase date.

What is covered:

Peeling, chipping, or fading of the artwork.

Structural defects, such as cracks or breaks that are not the result of accidental drops or impacts.

Normal wear and tear from daily use (e.g., minor scuffs or scratches).

Damage resulting from accidental drops, improper care, or misuse.

3. Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully as each item is made to order.

For Quality Issues & Damaged Items:
If your item has a manufacturing defect covered by our Quality Guarantee, or if it was damaged upon arrival, please contact our support team at support@casepride.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will be happy to arrange for a free replacement or a full refund. -
For All Other Reasons (e.g., Wrong Size, Change of Mind):
Since each case is custom printed on-demand specifically for you and your device, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for non-quality-related reasons. This includes ordering the wrong phone model or deciding you no longer want the item.We strongly encourage you to double-check your device model before placing your order.
